You are responsible for developing data-drive marketing strategies and partnering with Client Services to present, sell and deliver them to clients. You will implement database and digital marketing programs and initiatives as well as related reporting and analytic projects. You will assist the VP in assessing departmental needs and procuring resources necessary to fulfill department goals and objectives - integrating direct marketing principles, assessing and analyzing client creative objectives to produce and recommend appropriate insights and recommendation solutions. Candidate in this role will hold superior communication skills, expert writing and presentation skills (highly creative and first rate conceptual) to C Suite of Fortune 500 clientele. RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Design and develop cross-channel, data-driven marketing strategies for assigned clients through collaboration with key stakeholders across Client Services, Account Management, and Account Planning functions – as well as leveraging Data Strategy & Analytics department resources
• Lead the development of data-based, offline and digital programs designed to maximize ROI from customer acquisition through retention based on segmentation, targeting and in-depth customer profiling and analysis (life cycle/ lifetime)
• Create enhance to our data development strategy including identifying external partners, governance, and data warehousing
• Define comprehensive measurement strategies for clients, inclusive of timely and comprehensive reporting and dashboards with an objective to evaluate marketing performance, drive valuable insights, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
• Identify research and analytics initiatives to support strategy development
• Create business cases for new marketing programs
• Design and manage strategic marketing roadmaps for clients

You have
– 8 yrs combined data driven marketing exp in mgmt consulting or agency environment with min of 5 yrs digital marketing experience leading the development of data-based, offline and digital program designed to maximize ROI from customer acquisition thru retention based on segmentation, targeting and in-depth customer profiling and analysis.
-Ability to derive insights from data.
-Advanced skills in data mining, quantitative analytics and predictive modeling techniques, working with a high transaction/behavioral marketing databases and experience in interpreting and presenting derived insights.

Database Marketing Evangelist



My digital media client seeks a seasoned, professional to create and evangelize  the Database Marketing  vision, and own the function.   You will travel across the country local markets, presenting this vision, understanding their needs, and educating them on the power, capabilities and advantages of  understanding one complete view of the customer (campaign measurement, LTV,  monetization strategies, and targeted lead generation).  Currently, each market has disperse data, siloed within departments.  
You will manage a Sr Analyst for the modeling and analytics, and a Sr Database Analyst for the Database development. Please note that this will not grow to be a large organization, but resources can be hired as needed (outside contractors).
This position will work closely with internal clients, affiliated companies as well as external vendors.  Travel will be about 25%.

You will:

·       Work with internal and external resources to establish best practices in building enterprise data warehouse and managing vendors.
  • Stay ahead of new research in marketing database, analytics, digital and social media technologies and trends
·       Build competitive digital marketing intelligence to help increase user engagement and guide web architecture. Drive integration between web analytics and multiple brand/communication digital channels.
  • Develop analytics proposals and strategies to present to marketing managers

Leading financial services consulting firm seeks a fraud analytics specialist to manage a small team of analysts, who will turn unstructured business questions into highly structured analytical solutions.  You will provide “thought leadership” to internal clients, derive meaningful data relationships through mining and visualization and incorporate findings into statistical modeling frameworks to support decision making across a wide range of problems.
You will:

  • Assist in construction of short term and long-term plans with associated benefits of strategies that are to be developed to reduce fraud across all portfolios (e.g. Credit Card, Debit Card, Advances, and Transactions)
  • Evaluate, analyze and leverage a range of statistical methods and analytical information in order to recommend, review and implement decisions that will have a positive impact on the P&L of each retail banking portfolio
  • Supervise regular evaluation of fraud authorization strategies that are implemented from both an operational and financial benefit perspective. Suggest changes and improvements as necessary
  • Provide necessary support and guidance to new products and services from a fraud perspective
  • Accountable for providing expert consultancy to stakeholders in order to support strategic agenda

You have:

·        Quant BS degree with 4+ years of experience developing, implementing and managing custom-score based solutions, or  Quant MS degree preferred  with at least two years of experience;
·        Ph.D. degree in statistics preferred
  • Ability to lead complex analytic projects
  • Ability to work and contribute in a team environment
·        Experience solving analytical problems in a business environment desirable.
