Jersey City, NY - My digital solutions client seeks a seasoned, yet hands-on multi-channel database marketing analytics leader to provide campaign measurement, LTV, monetization strategies, targeted lead generation, through the use of statistical modeling and strategic business analysis. Since the current data is disperse (and in some cases, incomplete), you will also participate in data warehouse development and management. This position will work closely with internal clients, affiliated companies as well as external vendors.
You will:
- Manage and grow database analytics team (in the future).
· Work with internal and external resources to establish best practices in building enterprise data warehouse and managing vendors.
- Stay ahead of new research in marketing database, analytics, digital and social media technologies and trends
· Build competitive digital marketing intelligence to help increase user engagement and guide web architecture. Drive integration between web analytics and multiple brand/communication digital channels.
- Develop analytics proposals and strategies to present to marketing managers
- Raise open and click rates: By tapping into email deliverability best practices and delivering multi-step campaigns aligned with prospects’ profiles, interests, and online activities, boosting the effectiveness of email or social activity.
· Create and standardize processes for data gathering, reporting and analysis as well as automating KPI dashboards for marketing and product development. Provide ad hoc campaign analysis and statistical modeling analysis to help drive customer loyalty (B2B and B2C) and inform CRM strategy.
- Develop the comprehensive closed-loop marketing program to measure and drive ROI from marketing programs. Optimize performance with A/B testing and content analytics. Recommend improvements to marketing campaigns based on results
- Design and implement sophisticated reporting and analytics and provide creative interpretation which will derive strategic insights and create actionable opportunities and implications for the business.
– Post graduate degree in a quantitative field or MBA with quant undergrad.
– 8+ years of experience in database marketing analytics including email marketing.
– Deep knowledge of quantitative analysis, statistics, as well as digital/social media, metrics and analysis.
– Superior leadership skills, capable of building and managing a team with multiple talents.
– Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills. Ability to breakdown complex concepts and present them to non-technical audience.
