My client, a global leader in Insurance, has a start-up opportunity ,as they develop a Decision Science powerhouse, for those with demonstrated deep quantitative experience, integrative thinking, and intellectual curiosity.
They seek experienced quantitative analytics professionals who have worked in the Commercial Insurance vertical to support consumer marketing and commercial distribution departments. They are looking for skills that go beyond marketing analytics: data mining, media mix optimization (digital, direct mail), predictive modeling (LTV, Survivor analysis), strategic thinking and the ability to articulate model concepts and results. These senior, hands-on roles will work with the business to translate problems and develop solutions that will :
-Segment insurance agents to identify valued agents in order to reward and leverage them better
-Segment insurance agents to identify valued agents in order to reward and leverage them better
-Develop Media Mix Analytics for when, where, how and how much marketing dollars to spend on marketing and distribution.
You have: An advanced quantitative degree, significant experience working on Commercial Insurance (P&C) marketing and distribution problems and have advanced programming (SAS), and current data mining and analytic skills. Demonstrated expertise with respect to the media measurement and use of responder analytics to inform media placement. Superior knowledge of analytical concepts and the ability to execute models and results. Experience working for a major property and casualty insurance company as a predictive modeler is a requirement. The Director level positions require leadership experience. There are also positions at the Manager and Sr Analyst level.
