Roni Zapin began her Database Marketing career in 1981 with BBDO Advertising in their Marketing Sciences Group. She continued her career at Columbia House and American Express in their Marketing analytic groups before joining CitiGroup as a VP, Database Marketing. Roni became an executive recruiter in the Database and Direct Marketing industry in 1995. She started RL Zapin Associates in 2001. Roni holds an MBA in Marketing and Quantitative Analysis from the University of Cincinnati, and a BS in Business Administration from SUNY Binghamton.

Marketing Statisticians / Modellers (w/SAS)


Many opportunities for business statisticians with leading consumer services, consulting, retail, and ecommerce firms . You will provide data analysis and predictive modeling using SAS to understand customer behavior and  support marketing efforts. Projects will involve promotion response modeling, campaign performance, segmentation, propensity to buy, likelihood to lapse or lifetime value analysis. You will develop insights and create recommendations that you will present to line management. 

Requires: 4+ years corporate experience (not academia)  in statistical modeling, SAS and SQL. Good communication skills required  No fresh grads please.
