Roni Zapin began her Database Marketing career in 1981 with BBDO Advertising in their Marketing Sciences Group. She continued her career at Columbia House and American Express in their Marketing analytic groups before joining CitiGroup as a VP, Database Marketing. Roni became an executive recruiter in the Database and Direct Marketing industry in 1995. She started RL Zapin Associates in 2001. Roni holds an MBA in Marketing and Quantitative Analysis from the University of Cincinnati, and a BS in Business Administration from SUNY Binghamton.

Marketing Statisticians / Modellers (w/SAS)



You will act as an internal consultant in terms of customer analytics and insights.  You will conduct ad-hoc statistical analyses, apply and test models, run test/control scenarios and present results and recommendations to a non-technical audience.  You have  at least 5 years work experience conducting statistical analysis in a business environment (not academia) using SAS, working knowledge of SQL, as well as an aptitude for data visualization. Communication skills at the caliber of a management consultant level are critical.  Quantitative college degree is a must.
